After Henam’s mother passed away,
local kind-hearted factory staff cared for the Henam and her siblings.
Henam soon developed an eye infection and
became totally blind.
The factory staff, concerned a blind kitten could not survive
alone on the streets in an industrial area,
contacted our shelter and Henam came to live with us.
Though Henam is totally blind,
there is no place she cannot go or climb.
It is a mystery how a
cat totally devoid of eyesight can move so confidently
